You have a right to cancel your order but you must give us a written notice first so we can send you return instructions. Notice can be given any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 days from the day after you received the order. Notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing by filling the contact form in this Online Shop (you can access it by clicking here) or by sending email to info@sakostore.com
For orders cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost. However, you will need to return the items to us by secure means to ensure they reach us in good condition, at your own cost.
All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including their original packaging and with any related accessories, tags etc. and from the original delivery country.
Please include the following information in your message when you contact us:
- Your name
- Order number
- Name and amount of the products you wish to return
- The reason why you want to return the products (wrong size, did not meet expectations etc.)
We will send you return instructions after we have received your notice.
Please keep for return the original delivery note which you received with your order.
Your order will be invoiced in EUR. When payment is made in another currency, we will use mid-rate of exchange in all transactions. We cannot take responsibility for currency fluctuations in either direction even in the case of returns or exchanges.
